Have you tried Annette Sym's recipe books - when I am in weight loss mode, I find her recipes really good - down home good cooking with less fat and sugar - ideal for a diabetic.And talking of weigh loss mode - OMG - do I need to lose some weight! I think I consumed a whole Christmas pudding during the month of December, not to mention a glazed ham!!!School starts back this week so Monday morning I am back walking, morning and night if I can fit both in.
